42nd Mounted Infantry Secure Brisbane CBD for ANZAC Day

Some of South East Queensland’s emergency services personnel could be seen working alongside the ADF in preparation for the 2025 ANZAC Day ceremonies.

The dawn service officially commenced around 4:20am Friday morning 25th April at ANZAC Square, between Ann Street and Adelaide St Brisbane, Queensland. The peaceful event included a traditional rendition of the last post, with 2 minutes silence; respectfully observed by the early risers in attendance.

The ANZAC Day March was then set to commence at 9:45am, and some of the CBD streets were opened to traffic while preparations were made for the impressive continuation of ceremonies.
